Que em alguns casos pode gerar uma indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o patrimonial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atualmente n\u00e3o h\u00e1 uma legisla\u00e7\u00e3o especial sobre o tema, mas temos v\u00e1rias decis\u00f5es.
